EASY: How to apply lip liner

HAVE PROBLEMS WITH A BLEEDING BOLD LIP COLOR! BE SURE TO APPLY LIP LINER!

1. Line the lips – I am using the Rimmel Exaggerate Lip Liner. If you do not have a defined cupid’s bow, just create a “x” where one is supposed to be to create the allusion. To make a bolder color, be sure to match the liner to the lipstick (however, feel free to experiment).
2. Fill in the lips – Now it is time to fill in the lips. Use the liner to make your lips one solid color.
3. Apply lipstick – The final step is to use a lipstick. Just apply as you normally would. I used Revlon’s Cherries in the Snow.
