Lemon Biscotti Recipe
Biscotti is an essential part of the diet for every coffee nut out there, but if you are buying it from Starbucks everyday, you might feel light in your pockets.
This recipe slashes your biscotti budget to almost nothing!
The secret? Biscotti is basically a double baked cookie (think twice baked potato here)
Once you get down the basic recipe, you can tweak it to match your favorite flavor! I love lemon, so this is my lemon biscotti, but take out the lemon juice and substitute with your favorite!
I made these over the holidays for my family! They got to wake up every morning to fresh coffee and homemade lemon biscotti! Absolute bliss!
I also made my family homemade mugs, so everyone knew whose mug was whose (essential in a family of 7)!
Plus, we were stocked with Peets Coffee French Roast, the best store bought coffee (personal opinion, leave your favorite in the comment box below).
