Mediterranean Monday: In the freezer aisle? Healthy Frozen Meals!
Welcome to a strange Mediterranean Monday! I am in the process of moving, so I haven’t been able to make some tasty goodness because my kitchen stuff is in boxes! I am here heating up all my meals, so I thought I would share some Mediterranean friendly choices in the freezer aisle!
Healthy Choice Steamers
My absolute go to is Healthy Choice Steamers! They have so many tasty options, and I eat them almost everyday for lunch at work! They are the best tasting frozen meals I have ever had, and the price tag is great!

Amy’s frozen meals are delicious, and you can definitely find something mediterranean friendly here! All of their pizzas are great, and I love their light and lean frozen meals!
