What I Got For Christmas 2016
My favorite videos on Youtube have always been the “What I Got For Christmas” videos that flood in right after the holidays! I love to see what everyone has gotten for the year. Not to mention, I make my own list of what I would like to buy myself.
For those who are faithful viewers of my blog, I have kept up with my blog during this busy time of my life, but my poor Youtube channel has been left behind.
However, my New Year’s Resolution is to revive my Youtube channel!

BAR ITEMS
My family gifted me a few things to go on my future bar cart.
I have been wanting a deer head bottle opener
for a while now, and I was incredibly excited to find it under the tree. The deer will be my new drinking buddy – I just need to think of a name.
My dad likes to get us gifts that we didn’t specifically ask for, but he knows we need. On my Christmas list, I didn’t even think to add drinking glasses.
The two type of glasses I received were champagne cocktail glasses
and classic glasses
. Classic glasses are great for a beer or any drinks – I am exciting to pour a Stella Artois!
Now all I need is some margarita glasses!
COFFEE BAR ITEMS
My bar wasn’t the only thing getting some new digs.
My favorite item here is the lemon tea infuser
. It is silicone and the perfect shape to enjoy loose tea! I am so excited to try out some new flavors – any recommendations?
In my stocking, I found this water bottle
that is made for iced tea and iced coffee on the go! It’s great because in Texas, it is 65 degrees outside on Christmas day.
Finally, my secret Santa gift was this adorable Starbucks mug
mug with some tasty insides.
MISCELLANEOUS KITCHEN ITEMS
My favorite gift in this section is the KitchenTrend knives
! Before this gift, I only had three knives – and one belonged to my great grandfather!
However, I still love the cookie stamp set
! I have been eyeing these forever, but I never could make myself buy them. Keep a lookout on the blog because I am sure I will use them eventually!
Lastly, I got this cool little kitchen gadget
that scoops out all the leftover battle in a bowl! It is shaped to perfectly slide around the bottom and get every last drop.
HOME GOODS
I was happy to see an oil diffuser
in my gift pile. My townhome gets really hot upstairs, causing me to have bad migraines. This diffuser doubles as a humidifier, so I can have humid air and peppermint essential oils to calm my headaches.
I also got a plush queen size blanket
and a cute little notebook
.
BEAUTY/FASHION
I was happy to see these boots
that I have been eyeing on Modcloth! I can’t wait to wear them with, well, everything.
My sister also got me a rose gold brush
that I have been wanting to try out. I know I am late to the game, but I am excited to see if lives up to the hype.
A tradition for me is to get my yearly new socks!
AND I got an amazing selection of Sephora Sheet Masks
and Bath and Body Works Winter Candy Apple scrub
!
Last but not least, I finally own my own printer
! You will probably see some project with this guy coming up soon.
