Sidenote: This is probably my dog, Schmidt’s, favorite thing I have ever created because he has been eyeing the trash can all week. For some reason, he just doesn’t understand that chicken bones can kill him (or maybe he doesn’t care). Dogs are a handful.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup Peri Peri Sauce
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Dill
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic
  • 5 Chicken Drumsticks

Instructions
 

  • Mix yogurt, Peri Peri sauce, olive oil, dill and garlic in a bowl
  • Add to a bowl with drumsticks. Let marinate for 2 hours.
  • Preheat over to 450 degrees
  • Place chicken on a sheet, lined with foil and olive oil
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Flip over and bake for another 25 minutes or until the other side is golden brown.
  • Enjoy and serve
