Let’s workout! Squat Challenge

There are plenty of squat challenges out there, but I have devised my own!
This one I used three different types of squats, that way you can work all thigh muscles!
If you aren’t sure about the differences between regular and chair and sumo squats, dont worry, they are not too much different!
